1. Eligibility & Timeframe for Cancellation

To ensure a smooth cancellation process, please take note of our timeframe:

  • You may request to cancel your order for a full refund if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the package has not yet been handed over to our courier.
  • Since our daily shipping cut-off time is 2:00 PM WIB (GMT+7), we strongly recommend submitting your cancellation request before this time on the day of your purchase to prevent the order from being dispatched.
  • Orders that have already been packaged, dispatched, or shipped cannot be canceled and must go through the standard Return & Refund Policy process after you receive the delivery.

2. Cancellation Fees

  • We do not charge any cancellation fees ($0). As long as the order is canceled before it is shipped, you will not be penalized.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved before the order is processed or shipped, a full 100% refund (including any shipping fees paid at checkout) will be issued directly back to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
  • If the cancellation request is made too late (after the order has been shipped), you will need to wait for delivery and follow the return procedure. In this scenario, original shipping fees become non-refundable.

5. Non-Cancellable Situations

Cancellation requests will be automatically denied for:

  • Orders that have already been assigned a tracking number or shipped out.
  • Custom or special order items that have already entered production.

6. Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time without prior notice due to the following reasons:

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions or unauthorized payment activity.
  • Product unavailability or unforeseen inventory errors.
  • Incorrect pricing, typographical errors, or listing errors.
  • Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe.
