2. Order Processing (Handling Time) & Cut-Off Time
To ensure accurate delivery estimates, please note our processing schedule:
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM WIB (Western Indonesia Time / GMT+7). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Operating Days: Our fulfillment center operates from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
3. Estimated Delivery Time (Transit Time)
Delivery times begin after the handling period has been completed. Transit times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday):
- Indonesia (Domestic): 1 to 5 business days, depending on the destination region.
- International: 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country and selected courier service.
Note: Delays may occur due to customs inspections, local public holidays, or severe weather conditions. We are not responsible for external transit delays beyond our control.
